The October Moon - Halloween Poem

The October Moon

october, moon

Daylight turns to darkness

The full moon rises slowly

A passionate golden orb

The sound of wolves howling

Permeates the air

Sounds of wings flapping

The young maiden shivers

In the night air

Chills run down her spine

Before her, materializing

A visitor in the night

Taking human form

vampire, halloween

"Look into my eyes,

You are getting sleepy,

Don't be afraid,

I only vant your blood."

Hypnotic trance takes over

Passion fills her veins

Heart pumping madly

Head tilts back slowly

Exposing her naked neck

He sinks in his fangs

Drinking needed life blood

Satisfies his hunger

His strength returning to him

He takes her in his arms

Lays her on the ground

She gives herself openly

He fills her with throbbing warmth

Passionate moans echo

All throughout the night

Lying on the grass

Loving arms embracing

Until the morning sun

Starts to break the night

He leaves her yearning

Completely exhausted

As he flies skyward

Vampire Pictures, Images and Photos

Back into his coffin

He spends another day

Until the moon rises

Again
