A Lost Flame

A candle,

Once moving

Now still

A life,

Once lived

Now lost

Burning moments

Dancing like the flame of a candle

Now frozen in time

In my heart

And in my mind

Perhaps she dances

On rays of moonlight

Perhaps she tangos

With the stars

May she find

All that she sought

All that she dreamed of

All that she cared for

In the stillness

Of the flame
