I've had pretty lousy service with Comcast and with U-Verse over the years.
Still, six years. I'm trying to picture that service call window: "We can have a repairman out to your house, sir. Are you going to be home between 2008 and 2014?"
I bragged on them too soon. It STILL doesn't work right.
I'm betting Year 7 is going to be the year it all turns around!
